At $40,000 a pop, that\u2019s another $4 million out of the taxpayer\u2019s wallet.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>\u201cWe\u2019re going to lead by example and practice what we preach: cutting waste, saving energy, and reducing our reliance on foreign oil,\u201d Obama said. Whatever happened to living within your means?<\/P><br \/>\n<P>Obama has set a target of putting 1 million plug-in hybrids on U.S roads by 2015.
