Ferndale opens the Cruise Friday at 5.30 PM each year \u2013 blessed by the presence of Ford\u2019s sprawling Mustang Alley display at Como\u2019s \u2013 with an official ribbon cutting at Nine Mile and the Lights &amp; Sirens Parade of city emergency vehicles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Pontiac is the Wild West. No ribbon cutting. No officials. No manufacturer presence. Just wall-to-wall car owners enjoying the world\u2019s biggest car event.
